Villa Kiya Enclave sits in a landscaped Mediterranean garden near Kalo Livadi Beach, on an elevated site with open views across the Aegean. The infinity pool opens toward the horizon, and the terraces have a large dining area for up to 20 guests. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, with a fully equipped gym, in-house staff and dedicated security. A private dock and a nearby helipad serve guests arriving by boat or helicopter.
